Like many of the diet plans that we review here at SimpleEasyDiets.com, we knew almost nothing about Fat Loss 4 Idiots or their program. We investigated only after rave reviews by our users who had had incredible success following the program, some claiming to have lost 9 pounds every 2 weeks. After such impressive claims, we knew we had to check it out.

The idea behind the Fat Loss 4 Idiots mainly involves the using of targeted food weight loss. That is, eating the specifically designed foods (the program provides a ton of recipes and guides on how to cook your favorite foods properly) that will keep you satisfied without gorging yourself.

What sets Fat Loss 4 Idiots apart from other programs we review, is that it doesn’t rely on diet pills, or anything gimmicky as we initially thought. While I was unable to lose 9 pounds every 11 days, I was still amazed when I began to lose between 5 and 7

pounds a week., and was able to drop from 210 pounds to just 153 in time for beach season. To be quite honest, might have been able to lose more if I didn’t have so much red wine every night :) .

I would highly recommend trying this.
